Well, a little bit about myself... I'm a 30 something Social Worker from the South Chicago area, who also happens to be a red fox soul. That is to say, ever since I was very small I've had recurring dreams about foxes and being a fox, and firmly believe that I have within me the reincarnated soul of a fox. I enjoy spending time with friends, buddhism and eastern philosophy, eating at fancy restaraunts, long walks in the great outdoors, natural history and wildlife, and just being a fox. About 13 years ago, I stumbled across the "furry fandom" and found that there were many things within it having to do with self expression that I found interesting and enjoyed immensely, including costuming and artwork, both things I spend alot of time on. I recently discovered Second Life, where I have the avatar name Reynard Swindlehurst, and am the owner of the group "True Foxes of Second Life", a group for other fox therianthropes and spiritualists. This is our charter:

This group was formed to be a friendly resource and support group for those among us who have a fox's soul (fox therianthropes), or were a fox in a previous lifetime. Our group is centered around support for other true foxes, sharing our personal experiences, and caring for one another, where those both new and old to Fox Therianthropy can learn about it, and have a safe haven for those wishing to freely express their own ideals and opinions concerning their spiritual therianthropy, and being a true fox.
